* Sustainable development goals: The 193 member countries of the United Nations officially adopted the new sustainable development agenda, entitled “Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”, at the Sustainable Development Summit, held at the UN headquarters in New York, in September 2015.
